However, the new generation showed disinterest in printed materials, classroom training was costly, and even e-lectures failed to capture their attention. A novel approach was required. We completely revamped the content of employee training, making it modern and user-friendly. As a result, we received a remarkable 51% increase in five-star feedback on these courses. Moreover, Circle K saved an impressive 28,000 hours annually in staff training.
