Ignitis Group is a prominent energy company with over 4,000 employees and a customer base of more than 1.4 million, operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, and Finland.

Ignitis Latvia sought to enhance B2B customer satisfaction and loyalty while simultaneously reducing service costs by implementing a customer self-service platform.

We developed a web platform designed exclusively for authorized company representatives. This platform offers a comprehensive view of service information, properties, bills, contracts, and real-time energy consumption data. Key features of the web platform include user authentication and authorization, contract and invoice management, consumption reports (electricity and gas), and meter reading management. To ensure secure authentication and authorization, the web portal is integrated with six external IT systems, which verify the rights of individuals to represent specific legal entities, such as companies.
