We were tasked with redesigning SEB's website for all Baltic states, a project that required extensive research to understand SEB's customers and their needs, including behaviour analysis, customer segmentation workshops, user interviews, and content structuring.
The result was a complete overhaul of SEB's Baltic websites, comprising over 2000 pages, with a focus on user experience and modularity.
